Credit Card Authorization Form
We require a credit card to be kept on file to cover any vehicle charges post-event. These can be related to keeping the bus longer than contracted, remaining balances that weren’t charged prior to the event and/or vehicle cleanup charges.
Download the form and return it to info@transconsultants.com. You are welcome to call the card number in to our office at 512-930-4835 but we will need a signed authorization form on file.
